I finally received my 4 months and 12 days belated birthday present from ms shoot. She is supposedly suppose to be the 1st one to give me hor but always becomes the last – she says its always because i cannot make up my mind. LOL.

At first i thought she give me sanitary pads leh.

WHAHAHA!

See the letters on the envelopes? It spells my name.

Inside smaller individual envelops contains a note to me. The largest envelope (at the bottom) contains somewhat a letter to me plus another gift inside.

She made me open up all of them while having our meal at sakae.

All ok until i read the one inside letter ‘I’.

An excerpt from the note (reproduced with the writer’s permission):

” I love you as my best friend okay!”

Heh heh, suddenly the temperature in sakae dipped to -100 degrees celsius and i shivered. Mushy eh? But i like! Hahah!

I LOVE YOU as my best friend too la!

Because i skipped class today.

Yesterday can already feel a tinge of sorethroatness. This morning wake up, throat felt like it was on fire. Knowing that im that kind that always get a fever after sorethroat, i decided to see a doctor and not risk it. Very tired also, go class sure wont pay attention. Anyway i make a trip down to school just to pass my assignment to wendy leh. I very hardworking hor?

Haha, anyway ms shoot is worrying now. Because she scared that she’ll be sick next!

BFF no more.

Ms shoot and i are calling it quits.

We are officially ending our friendshp on 01-03-2009, our 10th year anniversary friendsary.

She is so super irritating. Keeps forseeing what im going to tell her next. Its so scary can. She always say out what i wanted to tell her next. Not once twice but more than 5 times today.

So she suggested not being friends anymore.

Im perfectly fine with it!

Couldnt be happier!

fear came true

Yeah my fear actually came true.

Im bleeding from my pupil.

Kidding la.

Heh heh.

Know what is the fear that actually came true?

That i go there and its all my own paranoia (and that the doctor maybe also think that im siao).

So i went down to paragon worrying throughout the whole drive. Cause i called before (few days after my surgery) and im able to get the answer via the phone and now the lady asked me to go down, im thinking must be something serious right?

My next review is actually next month. But hor when i went down there i tried to explain that i called earlier and want to see the doctor for a consultation. The first lady kept insisting that im there for the review (even though the date on tmy appointment card is next month). Then another lady took my card and asked me why im there today (must be she checked the date on the AC) and so i told her. But later on she told me that that would be considered as my third (and last free) review liao and if im going back for the 4th review, i will have to pay.

At that time i was thinking, huh? Im only 5 weeks post-surgery leh. Eyes still not stabalised considered third review? But at that time i was still thinking about my eyes then think see the doctor liao then say la.

Lucky today not a lot of people so i didnt have to wait that long. When i went into the consultation room, haha, i hi-ed the doctor this time round (usually he greets me very friendly-ly first when i walked in). He replied me in a very puzzled hi. LOL. He must be thinking why im there for the review.

Everytime when i see the doctor, the first he’ll do is to check my eyes via the ‘machinery’ - with a huge beam of light. So while he was checking, he commented that im doing good. So straight away im thinking he didnt mention anything about my eyes and even said that im doing well so must be nothing wrong liao la (but im still worried until i sorted it out). Then he began going through with me my results. Actually at that time i was half hearing half wondering when to ask him about my condition so didnt pay 100% attention. I have 6 and 6, not 6/6. Which i guess meaning i can see 6/6 with both eyes but when individually its not that clear. I have 50 degrees in both eyes and 25 astig in my right eye and they are not so dry anymore. He said that 50 is considered very good already and that theres no need for me to have enhancement (which im worried that i have to).

Then he began to say that its better to have my review at 2 months cause more or less eyesight stabalise liao (but can actually take up to 6 months) and this is where i cut in. I told him i came here today is because of the vessels in the left eye but he said its ok and normal, theres nothing wrong. Its just that my eyes are dry. Which makes sense la, cause now that its 1 month plus, i never drip eyedrops every hourly, only when i feel its dry. And we sometimes cant feel that our eyes are dry though they really are.

Relieved leh!

Haha and Dr Goh sayshe wants to see me one more time – he told me not to worry, there’ll be no charge for anything at all (their service and all still really good, despite what happened earlier on). Also, i can go back anytime if anything happened.

Though pretty pai seh la like im being so damn paranoid all but im still glad my fear came true because it = my eyes are alright! Eyes leh, cannot play play, i really thought i was bleeding from my pupil. At least now i dont have to worry about my eyes everyday and keep checking on them. Fang xin liao!

As for my eyesight, i hope it can get better, but even if it doesnt im also very happy with it liao. Sit last row in class also can see clearly and can stay free of specs and contacts! I read somewhere that contacts are really damaging for eyes.

Dad and mum was on tv earlier on! Got watch super mummy not? Haha, the sushi stall that one? They were down to support mabel and the first customers that day! Aiya if i know ponsak there i will go and see leh! He very funny leh! I like the way he hosts! Hoohoohoo! Mum told me that day their selling process got NG then must retake. Once the part was aired, our house phones, handphones all ringed non-stop! Heh heh! 

Ok i want to go watch 256 liao. I love the magic show segment!

im going blind

Theres this patch/string of blood vessels thats like attached to my pupil in my left eye.

At first i thought eyes too tired/not enough sleep/not enough oxygen in the eye. After a few days when it persisted i got worried.

Then when im in the toilet during break yesterday, i saw the red patch like when im post-surgery few days just that its pinkish.

I got super scared and decided to call and ask the clinic after class. But when i check again then, the patch is gone and the blood vessels seemed lesser. So i thought everything is fine again.

But i called the clinic just now and the lady asked me to go down and see doctor.

=(

I think i going blind leh.

Haha, thats how long i took to edit the theme for my handphone. I like the previous one that im using but when im messaging i have to squint and read because of the colour coordinations. Therefore i search for other themes. But because i am fussy and choosy have taste different from other people, cannot find one that i really like. Then! I came across a webby that allow us to design our own themes from scratch! But i dont know how to use it at first. After trial and error, this and that, here and there, i finally managed to get what i want. Woohoo! Haha.

chocolates up the nose

Heh, thats what my cousin did when she was young, stuffing chocolates up her nose. Haha, i shant name her here la.

Anyway, kiwi came again yesterday! He really like kids leh cause when dexter came, kiwi began following him around. And of course as of all kids, dexter was fascinated with kiwi as well!

Since he likes kiwi so much we asked him to carry him but he was scared and didnt dared to though he very much wanted to. So we asked him to sit on a chair and we will place kiwi on his lap.

But after repeated tries he still dare not la.

You see, he scared until his legs open until almost 180 degrees liao.

Haha.

Awhile later while i was carrying kiwi he wanted to try carrying again. So he finally did it successfully but in the end he got afraid and dropped kiwi onto the ground! Poor kiwi got a fright of his life.

But he was still following dexter around everywhere after that.

Dexter, on the other hand very cute la, wanted to bring kiwi home but didnt dare carry him and so when we asked him how, he said to bring kiwi back in a plastic bag. Heh, i think he will pester my aunt for a pet soon.

Kiwi is so cute!!! Even cuter when he wears his top. But yesterday weather too hot so had it taken off.

Despite my very tight pursestrings, i finally bought the bag that i wanted to buy a long time ago but chose another design over it the other time.

Eh ms shoot, yesterday i saw the glasses that you wanted to buy. Its at bugis but super ex leh, cheapest one also 90 bucks.
