$2.8 Million

The other day, the property agent who sold us this house that we are currently staying in gave my dad a call. She said that our house is worth $2.8 million now. We had a discussion about it and in the end, my dad ask the property agent to keep a look out for keen buyers of that price and if they are really interested, to bring them here for a look. Wow, i didnt imagine the property market to be doing so well up till now.

Since we are moving in 3 years’ time, why not sell it when its so profitable now? We may not be able to get such good price 3 years later. Haha we even thought of where to move already if we really sell the house. However we are not in a hurry to sell so my dad asked the agent not to advertise.

Our house is a 4 years old in-a-good-condition semi-detached, located in a peaceful environment with nice surroundings and friendly neighbours!
